European Youth Parliament – Georgia was granted to host 86th International Session in Tbilisi, between 11th and 19th of November, 2017.
Within the concept of the International Sessions, up to 300 participants will come to Tbilisi to attend the event and European Youth Parliament – Georgia is responsible for accommodating all of the participants in a single space during the 8 nights, checking-in on the 11th and checking-out on the 19th of November. Additionally, 58 members of the Officials’ Team (facilitators) should be accommodated in the same space for 2 additional nights checking-in on the 9th of November.
European Youth Parliament – Georgia is looking for the spaces in Tbilisi, specifically in the city center, on the walking distance from the nearest metro station. We have to accommodate 300 participants and the requirements are as follows:
- All the participants should be accommodated in a single building. The company interested must offer private and double hotel rooms, as well as shared dorms for the participants, according to their occupation for the session (58 participants to be accommodated in the private rooms).
The company’s building should have a common space, where all the event participants can rest during the free evenings.
The should also be providing services for conference halls.
Due to the event being large-scale, commonly involving youngsters, the organising team can not guarantee the silence during the whole stay, meaning that the company suggesting the services should take into account the possible level of noise during the evenings.
The company should be adopted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
You must submit your offer to the event’s e-mail email@example.com no later than February 6th, 17:30 GMT+4. Late offers will not be accepted. The decision will be based on the session budget and the shared opinions of event Head-Organisers, as well as the representative of the International Office of the EYP.
For additional questions on the requirements and eligibility, please, contact the Head-Organiser in charge – Zurab Giorgobiani (firstname.lastname@example.org)
